We felt at home as soon as we arrived.
Jim (the owner) was was very helpful and checked we were comfortable.
There was a nice balcony with wonderful view where we could enjoy the sunsets and see the ocean.
Marco Island feel was very relaxing but elegant. The beaches were covered with beautiful sea shells and the weather each day was in the mid to upper 70s.
This is a place I hope to return to often in the coming years.

"Excellent location, immaculate condo, attentive owners"
This was our first experience renting a condo, and it definitely will not be the last. What a gem! The owner and his wife are supremely attentive and they offer an immaculate rental. They have an excellent reputation among the other owners at the property, which was very reassuring. The condo is PERFECTLY located just steps across the street from the beach entrance, and centrally located to all supermarkets and restaurants. It is nicely appointed, with almost everything you might need, yet it is uncluttered and cozy. We spent an end of summer holiday here with our two young adult children and it was a truly refreshing respite; one we plan to enjoy regularly. I would not hesitate to rent from this owner again.

“Comfortable & Convenient!”
Our family of (4) – 2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby stayed in this unit for the New Year’s holiday and we really enjoyed our stay. The unit is nicely furnished – everything is light and bright. The space is very well utilized. We like to completely unpack and put away our suitcases when we travel and this unit had enough drawers/closets to do just that. The location is great, right on the main blvd and just steps from the beach. The complex is safe and secure and comes with a designated parking spot near the gate. The owner, Jim, was extremely responsive and you can tell he’s been doing this for a while – he’s thought of just about everything to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place, hope to be back again in 2018.

“Highly recommend, great location”
Stayed in this condo for 4 nights over the New Year’s holiday and highly recommend when staying on Marco Island. The condo is very well maintained, extremely clean, well stocked (had every single thing we could have possibly needed), and comfortably furnished with high quality furniture, including the porch/balcony tables and chairs, and beach chairs. Parking is nearly at your door and the beach access is right across the street, with a beautiful walk along a tree-lined paved sidewalk and boardwalk to the sand. WinnDixie and Publix are a mile away and many nice restaurants are within walking distance (try Joey D’s Italian Restaurant – great pizza!).
We have stayed at the JW Marriott in previous years (smallest room) at the same time of year, and paid more than double what we paid for the condo (not including Marriott resort fees and parking!) We enjoyed a full kitchen and all the amenities we needed and we were right across the street. You can still take advantage of all of the restaurants and shops at the Marriott and walk back across the street to relax in a spacious condo.
The pool is heated and a perfect end to a day on the beach. There is a washer and dryer on each floor and the hours on the door say they are open from 8 AM to 9 PM but I’m not sure if they ever really lock the door. I only ran into one other person doing laundry and it didn’t interfere with my loads.
Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a rental. Jim is wonderful to work with and you can tell how much he wants you to have a great time. It was a perfect, relaxing vacation. We will be back!
