“Five Star PLUS! Beautiful condo and location!”
This was our first time renting VRBO and we were little skeptical. Well, we did not need to be! Tracey’s condo was everything everyone said it was… absolutely beautiful and a great location!!! Not only did we enjoy being right across the street from the beach, but the pool and tennis court on premises were beautiful! The condo is spotless (and I am a clean freak) and Tracey always responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely be renting there again 🙂

"Perfect beach retreat!"
This was our second year of enjoying this beautiful penthouse condo in Marco Island! The condo is beautifully decorated, airy and spacious. The sunset views and ocean views are the best! Short walk to the beach with beach towels, chairs, toys furnished. Plenty of closet space and storage. Comfortable beds and well maintained complex. The pool is clean and heated. Tennis courts on premises and golf just a short drive away. We could walk to many wonderful restaurants for any meal of the day if we didn’t want to cook at home. Also pizza delivery from a local restaurant which is always hot and yummy. Close to the Marriott for spa services and connecting with any boat tours/water activities. Tracey is always available should any questions arise. We will definitely be back next year to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.
